Inherited a broken pod. Rebuilt the team from scratch, retrained them to be AI-first, and scaled the BFSI vertical’s portfolio from near-zero to ₹15Cr+ — making it one of Pepper’s highest-value verticals. Now the go-to strategic partner for CMOs and Marketing Heads at 10 of India’s largest financial institutions, trusted to shape brand voice, content architecture, and channel strategy — not just execute briefs.

2024 · 4-Month Consultancy

Founders called. In 4 months: built the product and marketing team from zero, defined the org structure, hired key roles, and set the GTM foundation — all before a permanent leader was in place. The kind of engagement where the output outlasts the contract.
2022 — 2024
Vice President · Business Transformation / Tech
Promoted to VP — not on tenure, but because C-Suites at Tata, Britannia, and Pidilite were asking for Aditya by name. Held strategic ownership of 20+ brand relationships, authored Schbang’s North Star growth framework adopted across verticals, and ran the only team in the agency that worked simultaneously across website, SEO, CRM, and content — and made it look seamless.
Promoted not on tenure — on the fact that clients kept asking for him specifically.
2021 — 2022
Account Manager · Business Transformation / Tech
Created a role that didn’t exist. The NIVEA website delivery was so strong that the client pulled Aditya into SEO, CRM, and content — and Schbang formalised it as their first Business Transformation AM position. In 12 months: portfolio grew ₹50L → ₹80L, Crompton achieved 100%+ organic traffic growth, and 100% of accounts renewed. None of it was by accident.
2020 — 2021
Senior Web Strategist · Business Transformation / Tech
Hired as a web strategist. Delivered NIVEA’s D2C e-shop — and NIVEA liked the work so much they asked Aditya to run their full digital account. Schbang had no AM role for this. They built one around him. That’s not a career milestone; it’s a proof point.
2018 — 2020
Head of Marketing
Solo marketing function for an Apple Premium Reseller — owned every channel simultaneously: onground activations, OOH, print, paid media, social, SEO, e-commerce, and retention. Co-developed NPI launch campaigns directly with Apple India. Taught himself to build the e-commerce website from scratch using Wix. The breadth of this role compressed what most marketers learn in a decade into two years.
Built the website himself. Then got hired to build NIVEA’s.
2018 · Co-Founder
Co-Founder · Creative & Client Relations
Built a digital marketing agency for F&B brands at age 22, straight out of AIESEC. Owned creative, client relationships, and delivery. Ran city-wide campaigns and performance marketing with no playbook, no safety net, no corporate infrastructure. Acquired clients, retained them, and delivered — which is the only metric that matters when you’re the founder.
Age 22. No funding. Just clients, craft, and accountability.
2017
President
Led a 60-person organisation, managed HR across all verticals, controlled finances, rebuilt the Board of Advisors with university leadership, delivered all four AIESEC products — and cleared a debt that had been sitting on the books for 3 years. Did this at 21. Before any professional title, before any agency, before any brand name on a business card.
Cleared a 3-year institutional debt. At 21. This is where the P&L instinct was born.
2016
VP Sales & Marketing · Intern
Led a sales team of 15 across the full cycle — lead generation, pipeline management, and closed delivery — while simultaneously interning at MyLemonadeStand. Two roles. One year. No buffer. By the end of it, team leadership and commercial thinking were muscle memory, not theory.
2015
Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager
Started as a volunteer. Left running digital campaigns, designing creatives, and managing paid ads — self-taught, in college, with no brief except “make it work.” Every subsequent career move traces back to that instinct: figure it out, make it run, make it better.
Every role has been about constructing something — a team, a pod, a product function, a company. Aditya doesn’t manage existing systems; he builds new ones and hands them over running.
From co-founding DigiPie to being the first AM at Schbang to rebuilding Pepper’s BFSI pod — the pattern is consistent: take ambiguous situations, apply structure, deliver measurable outcomes.
Comfortable in boardrooms and brand strategy sessions alike. Whether it’s a CMO at HDFC or a founder at a startup, the approach is the same — understand the business deeply, then solve for it.
02 · Why It Matters
₹50L → ₹80L at Schbang in 12 months. ₹15Cr+ at Pepper from a standing start. Portfolio growth isn’t a side effect of good work — it’s the goal.
Joined Schbang as a Web Strategist. Delivered NIVEA’s D2C site so well that the client pulled him into SEO, CRM, and content — so Schbang built their first Business Transformation AM role around him. Not a promotion. An invention.
Rebuilt Pepper’s BFSI pod. Built 3AI’s marketing team in 4 months. Led 60 people at AIESEC at 21. Every team was built, not inherited.
Cleared a 3-year institutional debt at AIESEC. Co-founded DigiPie. Ran iDestiny as a one-person marketing department. P&L thinking isn’t a skill — it’s a default mode.
Tata and Britannia C-Suites asked for him by name. HDFC and Axis CMOs work with him directly. Trust at this level isn’t pitched — it’s built through outcomes.
Built an e-commerce site on Wix with no developer. Got hired by Schbang because of it. Retrained a team to be AI-first. Figures it out — fast, independently, and then teaches everyone else.
